"Israel might get problems": What does the state want from the Lebanese village?

Since IDF withdrawal from the neighboring country, Rajar village is divided: its northern part belong to Lebanon and the southern to Israel. And yet, while lately it was settled that the residents will be given back the lease fees paid to the administration, the regional planning committee demands the northern part's residents to act under Israeli law.
